Women are not automatically less fit than men. The difference between the sexes is in who is more likely to need extra food or extra calories? Men or women? I’m not saying that women don’t need to eat more than men, but rather that they are no worse off than men when they do eat more than men. Instead, the idea is that men feel entitled to eat more because they are stronger and able to take on more work.
